ACUTE PNEUMONIA BRINGS DEATH TO HENRY BUSCH
The death of Henry Busch, who has spent 42 years of his life in thisvicinity, occurred at 8:30 o'clock, Tuesday evening, April 15, at hishome south of Clarendon Hills near Jackson following a short illness ofdouble pneumonia.
Mr. Busch was born in Dubenses, Naustadar, in Germany, June 13, 1871,and in the spring of 1888 he came to America and Hinsdale where he hasmade his home ever since. A few years after coming to this country hemarried Lena Brunke, and to them were born six children, four of whom areliving. After the death of his first wife he married Minnie Soltwisch,in 1920, who died three years later, leaving a son, Edward Busch.
The deceased is survived by his present wife, Catherine Blate Busch,five sons and daughters: Edward Busch of Clay street, Hinsdale; Emma(Mrs. H. B. Weber) of Cortland, Neb.; Alvina (Mrs Martin Anhaus) Chicago;William Busch, Casper, Wyo., and August Busch, Hinsdale; and an onlysister, Mrs. Otto Wehrmeister, of Hinsdale. The late Fred Gliessmann,also of Hinsdale, was a half-brother of the deceased.
The present funeral arrangements are for a 2 o'clock service from thehome Saturday afternoon and at 2:30 from the Evangelical Immanuel church,the Rev. A. Dreusicke, officiating, with burial at St. John's Cemetery.For further information, call 1191-M.
