Lorraine Tracy of South Elgin for three years
Memorial services for Lorraine Tracy, 77, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St., Elgin. The Rev. Thomas Niermann will officiate. Born Sept. 10, 1924, in Chicago, the daughter of Martin and Alvina Amhaus, she passed away Sunday, May 26, 2002, at Alderwood Health Care Center. Burial will be private in Mount Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst. Lorraine was a former employee of Hartford Insurance Co., prior to her retirement. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Kattke of South Elgin; son, Kevin Tracy of Aurora; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Alvina Tracy. Visitation will be at the time of services at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Anderson Animal Shelter in South Elgin. Walter W. Tracy
Age 77, died Saturday, August 4, 2001 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Late of Joliet Terrace. A World War II Army veteran, he was a retired Pharmacist of Nuclear Medicine.
Beloved father of Sharon A. "Sherry" Kattke and Kevin W. Tracy both of South Elgin. Also survived by his former wife and friend, Lorraine (Amhaus) Tracy of South Elgin. Proud Grandpa of seven. Fond brother of John (Ann) and Lois (Bernard) Grady.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, August 8, 2001, 11 AM at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Rodney Juell officiating. Inurnment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Memorials to NAMI would be appreciated. Memorial visitation Wednesday morning from 9 AM until 11 AM at:
